First, let me complement the developers of the Runtastic Sleep Better app. I like it. However, once I downloaded this app I started to received a flood of emails sometimes twice per day, and they dont allow you to unsubscribe! This is very annoying, and as a result I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not download this, or any other app by Runtastic until they change their email policy. Trust me. Once you receive the eighth promotional email from them mid-way through the week and have no way to prevent it youll thank me.
